My past;
My suffering
was worth all the while.
How does it feel to be exposed?
A careless mistake;
Manipulated and used,
but now who's lying naked on the ground.
A whisper, murmur, a lie.
Oh, I have you all figured out.
Before they locked me down,
I knew every inch of you.
The sex, the drugs upon MY floor;
Thought I'd never find you out,
Behind MY closed door.
The dawn has broken,
manifesting your guilt.
The sun light floods your veins
and banishes the shadows
to an eternal resting place.
So I ask you again,
"How does it feel to be exposed?"
When you stare at the moon a silvery light consumes you and you start to drift forward. As you float toward the luminescent glow, every insecurity, trouble, and fear melts away. In that instant all things that seemed so impossible become obtainable. You awake to reality and slowly open your eyes.......and realize you still have a dream
Complacent; the moon still stands.
Full, ominous, and searching.
Reaching deep into my core there's only emptiness.
Can you find me?
Make make me learn whats real?
Listless, cold, remaining dazed.
Outstretched, my fingers grasp only air.
Hold me; warmth, slowly losing consciousness.
I wonder if all I've ever known was a waste.
Everyone I know is so alive, so real.
Whats the secret?
Can someone give me the key to this forsaken lock?
I want to be real. Screaming, breathless
One last try.
I want to feel real. Simplicity, honestly.
Can you save me?

Literature
I am Life As We Know It
I am a puzzle.
An assortment of shambles slowly coming together,
sewing together the fray of my existence.
I am the moon.
A crescent time teller in the light less empyrean,
revealing abandoned fantasies screened by cryptic shadows.
I am a grain of sand.
A piece of time to never be forgotten,
chasing the clock's hands alone confined within the hourglass of endings.
I am the sun.
An efflorescent Orb of prosperity,
reflecting miniature rainbows into the iris of our eyes.
I am a spectrum of color.
A smoky breath exposed in frosted air,
creating the eclectic radiance of dawn spilling across the macro sky.
I am the rain.
Liquid suns
Pause time for a moment and listen to me
While we watch tv, vedge on the couch
play our video or PC games
chillin with friends, maybe
or chillin all alone
Whatever the case is,
whoever you are.
I want you to pick up your remote
and hit rewind
Now backspace through time
until you find the moment you caught his eyes
His eyes, or hers. Or theirs. The one
The one that changed you. Somehow.
Someway.
Everyone has someone who did something to them
Made them a man, a women
Reminded them they were children,
or made them so mad that they finally did it
Finally pulled the trigger.
finally dropped the blade.
Now just pause, right the
It'll Be All Right
Everything's gonna be all right
Everything's gonna work out fine
Everything's gonna be all right
As long as you're at my side
Doesn't matter how hard
The wind may blow
Doesn't matter how cold
The winter may grow
Doesn't matter, it doesn't matter
Everything's gonna be all right
Everything's gonna work out fine
Everything's gonna be all right
As long as you're at my side
Doesn't matter how loud
The silence may scream
Doesn't matter how shrill
The earth may seem
Doesn't matter, it doesn't matter
Everything's gonna be all right
Everything's gonna work out fine
Everything's gonna be all right
As long as you
